They bought several competing companies in the past few years, leading to very slow growth and expansion of their various web and mobile applications.
They are starting a development & QA team within Tech Elite, you’ll be working on the Android Apps, but later we will also cross-train you into working on the iOS Apps.
You’ll be surrounded by over 200 other IT industry professionals working for other clients within our specialist facility.
This is a graveyard shift in line with Chicago Stand Time
Salary Range: 18000-30000 inclusive of night differential

Their marketing strategies are creating a lot of buzz in the industry and they need additional staff to handle inbound calls.
With the ongoing marketing campaign, we need staff who can be bright and friendly on the phone. Your role will be customer facing and YOU will be the FIRST point of contact for potential new clients. To get this job it is all about your attitude and phone manner. You don’t have to be a techy person but if you have some experience in your previous roles we want to hear about it.
As you will be the first person the potential client speaks to you need great listening skills to get all the relevant information from them. You are NOT selling, you are the friendly voice that makes the potential client feel good about calling.
Once the information is collected then you will pass the information back to the staff in Chicago and they do the rest.
This is a very exciting campaign and the key is your enthusiasm.
